Hvad:
220 g hvedemel
2 tsk bagepulver
2 spsk sukker
1 knivspids salt
1½ tsk vaniljesukker
3,5 dl mælk
2 æg
smør
Hvordan:
Bland mel, bagepulver, sukker, salt og vanilje
Tilsæt mælk og pisk.
Tilsæt æggeblommerne.
Pisk æggehviderne helt stive og vend dem forsigtigt i dejen.
Steg pandekagerne i smør.
Serveres bedst med ahornsirup eller helt alm. sirup.
